Registration deadline: 15 November 2026 (for those intending to give a presentation during the meeting).
Early bird ends: 15 December 2026
Since space is restricted, we must recommend early registration. When the meeting is full, we will close registration.
Late registrations may be available at an increased fee (+500 SEK).

Travel grants
When submitting propositions for scientific presentations, you may apply for specific travel grants using the same form. These are made available mainly for young investigators and participants from less privileged centres or countries.
Speaker information
Speakers will be informed of the exact date and time slot of their presentation by the SIOPEN Translational Steering Committee by email well in advance of the event.
Propositions for oral presentations
During the registration process, you have the chance to make a proposition for an oral presentation about your research. The SIOPEN Translational Steering Committee will compile all propositions for presentations after the November 15th deadline and organize these into tumor biology, liquid biopsy, new drug and immunology sessions.
Propositions for poster presentations
During the registration process, you also have the chance to propose a poster presentation about your research. If your oral proposal could not be accommodated in the oral program, it can be presented as a poster. The SIOPEN Translational Steering Committee will compile all poster presentations after the November 15th deadline and also allocate time for poster viewing and discussions.
